Dr
Les Sachs, escaping from U.S. government-backed threats of illegal
jailing and murder, and from the illegal ban on his freedom of speech,
first took refuge in the Netherlands amid some kind Dutch people,
living in an upstairs room in a townhouse in Amsterdam, a short ride on
public transit from the places where Anne Frank grew up, went into
hiding, and then was betrayed by Dutch collaborators.
Many Dutch people were kind to Dr Sachs, but agents of
the
US government tied to Bush's friend Patricia Cornwell, carried out
criminal attacks on Dr Sachs while he was on Dutch territory.
These are technically acts of "terrorism", under the US government's
own definition. This is "terrorism" committed by US
government agents, by criminals backed and protected by the Bush
regime, in revenge for Dr Sachs exposing felony crimes connected to
President Bush's wealthy and Jew-hating friend.
Criminal attack by
Patricia
Cornwell's thug James "Jim" Magner
The first of these attacks
was made by the Cornwell-backed lawyer and criminal thug James "Jim"
Magner, at that time in Virginia Beach, who had previously defrauded Dr
Sachs out of money,
while falsely posing as a lawyer who would help Dr Sachs fight the
Cornwell gang. Magner was named in the 3 April
2004 federal court filing on the Cornwell scandal, under the
heading "Felony Fraud by James Magner of Virginia
Beach". (In 2003 Magner accepted a signed written contract to file a
lawsuit against Cornwell thug Thomas Roberts. Magner pocketed $5,000,
and instantly became obscene and abusive to Dr Sachs, Magner boasting
that he would neither honor the contract nor return the money.)
At the time of Magner's attack on Dr Sachs in the
Netherlands, Magner was part of a "Ball & Magner" firm with lawyer
Jordan Ball of Virginia
Beach, Virginia. On or about 9 August, 2004, Magner
e-mailed the vicious "new price" computer virus to Dr Sachs in the
Netherlands, in a clear felony crime of trying to damage and infect
computers in Europe. Magner was attempting to sabotage the internet
publication of the crimes in which he is involved with the other
Patricia Cornwell criminals.
The FBI and AOL are fully apprised of this last action
by Magner in
the Patricia Cornwell court fraud scandal. Amazingly, Magner used his
regular personal AOL e-mail address, jmagner504@aol.com, to mail the
virus, though it is not clear at this time as to whether he used the
Ball & Magner law firm computers or another computer to commit the
offense. James "Jim" Magner's law partner,
Jordan Ball, quickly became aware of this criminal attempt to transmit
the
virus. Magner and Ball have not tried to deny they
are involved in this felony crime attacking the Netherlands and Europe.
Magner and Ball split up their partnership, and James "Jim" Magner,
protected by Virginia's bribery network of lawyers and judges, went on
to further sleazy activities as a criminally corrupt, but still
functioning, Virginia lawyer.
As the authorities had taken no action against Magner with the proof of
crimes they already had in their hands, James "Jim" Magner went on to
betray and defraud new victims.
Attacks by U.S. government FBI
agents against Dr Sachs in the Netherlands
America's FBI launched a set of felonious
attacks against Dr Sachs in the Netherlands,
mailing out
the well-known "doll.zip" computer virus and other viruses to European
computers, in
revenge for Dr Les Sachs'
discussion of the

year history of collusion of FBI agents with President Bush's friend
and right-wing celebrity
Patricia Cornwell.
Patricia Cornwell has a long, published and
documented history of giving gifts, money and favors to FBI agents to
buy influence and a cover up of her crimes, and even a lesbian affair
with a married FBI agent, documented in various published articles and
in the recent online "Patricia Cornwell
Biography - Crimes, Bribery,
Scandal and Mental Illness".
Cornwell's 12 year history of buying influence with FBI agents (see below), has
obviously a factor in the delay of her prosecution by the Bush
government
Justice Department, as well as Cornwell's 20 year friendship with the
President Bush family and her role in Bush/Republican election
campaigns. Attorney Generals John Ashcroft, and then Alberto Gonzales,
had clear political motives
to
cover up for a
drug-using lesbian who is close to the Bush family, in the light of
Bush's anti-gay politics during the 2004 election campaign.
Below
is a letter that was sent to Attorney General John Ashcroft just before
the FBI attacks on Dr Sachs got underway.
Dr. Sachs has had many contacts with FBI and Justice Department
officials,
and many FBI field offices, in an effort to get the FBI to confront its
long history of bribery and hanky-panky with Patricia Cornwell.
By way of response, the FBI agents in the Anchorage, Alaska field
office, using the official FBI e-mail system, and their official e-mail
address of anchorage@fbi.gov, replied to Dr Sachs by e-mailing him
malicious computer viruses. They sent at least 4 virus e-mails from
this
official FBI address between 13 October and 22 October 2004, and only
stopped after Dr. Sachs began contacting Alaska media sources about
these criminal acts by FBI employees, as well as confronting the
Justice Department itself.
For example, the header codes the
first of these e-mails as being sent
from the Anchorage FBI offices on 1:40:57 pm on Wednesday 13 October
2004. It contains the text word "predators" and then two attachments, a
"tpxdmjdvjn.bmp" file and the "doll.zip" computer virus. These virus
e-mails from the FBI itself, have been saved and are available for the
criminal indictment of Patricia Cornwell gang members in the US
government.
Under the US government's own defiition of "terrorism", these actions
are itself a felony crime of terrorism by U.S. government agents
against Dr Sachs, the Netherlands and Europe.
The question of FBI corruption, and criminal and felonious acts by FBI
employees using FBI facilities, in revenge for an official complaint
regarding FBI collusion in felony crime, is obviously of importance and
international significance.
The FBI has not yet apologized, nor denied that FBI agents committed
criminal acts against Dr Sachs, nor denied that the Alaska
field office had employees who were among those receiving gifts and
bribes from Patricia Cornwell.

Here is a recent letter to recently departed U.S. Attorney General John
Ashcroft regarding Patricia
Cornwell's history of influence-buying among FBI agents. John Ashcroft
was recently replaced in office by President Bush's personal friend,
the new Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, who has
continued the Ashcroft policies on the crimes of Bush's other friend
Patricia Cornwell.

Mr. Ashcroft:
We need to discuss how Patricia Cornwell's 12-year long history of
giving money, gifts, favors and bribes to Virginia FBI agents, has
affected your agency's last 18 months of stalling on the felony crimes
of terror in which she is involved.
Do you deny that Cornwell's documented and published history of bribing
FBI agents, is interfering with the prosecution of her crimes, despite
your having "smoking gun" evidence with which you could start bringing
indictments in the next 20 minutes?
How does the Christian, Bible-reading John Ashcroft feel, about the
Department of Justice doing "favors" for a drug-using criminal who has
a lesbian affair with a married FBI agent, who long ago began
cultivating FBI "friends" with gifts, money, and favors, and now is
able to call on those "favors" despite clear evidence of felony crimes
that attack the U.S. government and Constitution?
Even your own FBI agents have proudly given interviews to magazine
writers, about how this known criminal Cornwell, has enormous access to
confidential FBI facilities and sits there with FBI agents. Apparently
your FBI agents are quite starry-eyed about the way they cozy up to
this celebrity millionaire, who is so "generous" with favors.
We even have Cornwell's documented lesbian affair with FBI agent Margo
Bennett, which led to Margo's husband trying to murder her. And the FBI
itself stated in court papers that Cornwell had received stolen FBI
files. Cornwell herself tells about money, gifts, favors to FBI agents.
She's known in court affidavits to be fond of bribing government
officials generally. She brags about how she can get away with murder
if she wants, with the background of her FBI "friends" who will cover
for her. And to prove that boast, she has committed despicable terror
crimes.
It seems from the magazine articles and court records, that Patricia
Cornwell's "friends" in Virginia FBI offices may be as many as a couple
of dozen or more FBI employees. The record states that FBI veterans Ed
Sulzbach and Assistant FBI Director Tony Daniels were historically key
figures in opening doors for Cornwell, getting her admitted to
confidential FBI facilities, and helping her make FBI "friends".
Your FBI has had clear, conclusive "smoking gun" evidence in its hands,
of the felony terror crimes funded by Cornwell, ever since the spring
of 2003. Cornwell spent a half million dollars funding this scheme of
extortion and terror, but the goons Cornwell hired were extremely
sloppy about their felonies.
Within minutes, FBI agents could pick up the criminal thug Thomas
Roberts, who helped Judge Payne fabricate the phony "First Amendment
charity foundation" that they put in writing and on the internet. You
have the written proof that Roberts engaged in threats of extortion.
Within minutes, the U.S. Attorney can indict this little turd Roberts,
and Roberts will sing like a canary. You have everything you need to
start winning the indictment of several felons, including Patricia
Cornwell herself, and you could easily force the resignation (or
impeachment) of Judge Robert Payne, an absurdly corrupt judge embroiled
in several known scandals.
But isn't it true that since Virginia FBI offices received the
conclusive written proof of the Cornwell bribery crimes back in 2003,
these FBI agents so long cultivated by Cornwell, acted to cover up for
her? Isn't it true that these FBI offices have suppressed evidence, and
filed false and misleading FBI reports with their superiors, with the
U.S. Attorney's Office, with the 4th Circuit Appeals judges
investigating Payne, and with also perhaps the new U.S. Supreme Court
judicial ethics panel? Isn't it true that Patricia Cornwell has been
able to cash in her chips, with her bribed stable of Virginia FBI
agents, at Richmond and at Quantico, to try and escape prosecution?

You're going to have to indict the Cornwell gang eventually, with all
the publicity and exposure of her crimes and FBI relationships. Of
course, John Ashcroft has wanted to put off prosecution, given
Cornwell's relationship to the Bush presidential campaign. But campaign
season is almost over. It's time to stop stalling and finally prosecute
the Cornwell gang, for the good of the American people.
