After White House
Special Prosecutor Patrick J. Fitzgerald asked for the material
connecting the Bush White House and Karl Rove to the felony crimes of
Patricia Cornwell, Fitzgerald realised that here are some indictments
he could
get rolling very quickly, without hardly any investigation -
Fitzgerald saw at a glance, that here is so much proof of felony crime
that is crystal-clear, right in the Cornwell scandal documents.
Fitzgerald could instantly see he had huge "smoking guns" right before
him. Perhaps the biggest of all these smoking guns is the phony "civil
rights First Amendment charity foundation", the "Freedom Works
Foundation", that Cornwell's lawyers and the bribed federal judge
Robert Payne used to stage the fake legal proceeding, so they could
jail and, if needed, murder the author they called the "stupid Jew", Dr Les Sachs.
And then there's other things Fitzgerald quickly saw -
like Patricia Cornwell committing
felony perjury in broad daylight before the bribed judge about her
neo-Nazi book-burning letter. And shortly
after that perjury, Cornwell and her lesbian girlfriend Irene Shulgin
were partying at the Bush home in Kennebunkport, handing President Bush
a $1 million bribe so he and Rove would help keep a lid on all the
crimes she committed, how Cornwell bribed a Bush federal judge and
threatened to murder a "stupid Jew".
Fitzgerald saw he could get quickly get the grand jury to make
some historic indictments against Patricia Cornwell, Judge Payne, and a
gaggle of sleazebag lawyers, not to mention some media executives
at Penguin publishing and the Richmond Times-Dispatch. Fitzgerald saw
he could instantly get the indictments, make world headlines, and then
get
convictions and send the famous Patricia Cornwell to prison, and drive
another nail into the coffin of the Bush regime.
Prosecutor Fitzgerald saw and can indeed still see it all - he is no
dummy.
It is remarkable enough that Fitzgerald took the actual step of
getting the information about the Patricia Cornwell crimes, with
Fitzgerald's staff
personally asking Dr Les Sachs to send it from his refugee haven
in Europe.
Fitzgerald took this step, under his mandate to investigate crimes at
the Bush White House, which Fitzgerald understood as authorising him to
go around the
stonewalling of the two Attorneys General, John Ashcroft and Alberto
Gonzales. Ashcroft and Gonzales, two political hacks, are pure
stonewall-and-cover-up guys, both of
whom don't even want to weigh the evidence of felony crimes by
President Bush's campaign contributor Patricia Cornwell, this
money-machine Cornwell
who parties with her lesbian girlfriend at the Bush family homestead in
Maine. No way! said Ashcroft. No way! said Gonzales.
But Fitzgerald,
curious man that he is, wanted the evidence in his hand.
Fitzgerald saw as well that the files show the misconduct of the
sleazy Jew-hating federal prosecutor Paul J. McNulty (now Deputy
Attorney General of the United States), who intentionally covered up
for the mutual felonies of the Jew-hating author Patricia Cornwell, her
Jew-hating Willcox
& Savage law firm, Neo-Nazi from Germany "Tim" Schulte, and the
Jew-hating federal Judge "Robert Payne is my name, Federal bribery is
my game".
Fitzgerald further saw that he had in his hands a
full-cover up of Judge Payne's felonies by the entire gang of 4th
circuit federal Appeals judges, acting en banc as a Jew-hating judge
gang, the cover up led by the
faux-intellectual media-connected Judge J. Harvie Wilkinson III, who
chose to help attack and threaten to murder a Jew, even at the
price of losing a chance to be on the Supreme Court. And, even worse,
Wilkinson took this Jew-attack cover up for Patricia Cornwell to an
even higher level, with the Supreme Court judicial ethics panel, of
which Wilkinson himself is a part.
Fitzgerald saw it all, and still sees it all - if he wanted, he could
have the famous Patricia Cornwell sitting in jail until she's very
elderly. Fitzgerald can have Federal Judge Robert Payne impeached and
sent
to prison for the rest of his life, he can put the squeeze on the
entire
4th Circuit Appeals panel and even on a member of the Supreme Court.
But ah, therein lies the problem, for the not only very smart, but also
very political Special Prosecutor Patrick J. Fitzgerald.
Patrick Fitzgerald is perhaps the most political prosecutor in the
United States - though not because he favours the "Democrats" or the
"Republicans", the two sham divisions of the American political circus
tent.
Patrick Fitzgerald was brought into play for the crimes of the Bush
White House, as a result of a direct request of the Central
Intelligence Agency or CIA, which in turn represents the rich
corporations behind the scenes, who really own and largely run America.
The gang of slobs at the Bush White House had broken "the rules" by
stepping on the toes of the CIA, and the Bush crew was also failing
in popularity with the American public - so Fitzgerald was brought in
by the "company
men" to (1) slap around the Bush White House; (2) help calm down the
American people with a circus of investigation, to create hope and talk
that maybe the much-hated Bush and his advisers might be removed, or go
to prison; and (3) be ready to take down Bush himself if the US
corporate owners decided to do that.
The corporate powers who own the American political machine, weren't
sure if they would really want to go ahead and impeach Bush - but if
they needed Bush to go down, they would need to do it fast, and
Fitzgerald had to be ready.
Fitzgerald was the perfect guy for the job. He submits to the corporate
rulers while having the fake image of the "independent, tough
prosecutor"; Fitzgerald works quietly, often doesn't say much, doesn't
need to yak to the press. And in case the real corporate bosses of
America decided that Bush needed to go, Fitzgerald could suddenly pop
up with huge files of criminal indictment and impeachment papers, that
Fitzgerald could claim he'd been preparing all along, and Fitzgerald
could pretend it just
"happened" to be the day everything was ready.
For purpose of bringing down Bush, this whole set of sleazy crimes of
Patricia Cornwell bribing US federal judges to commit treason against
the US Constitution, and having Bush accept bribes to cover up for
these crimes, is a nice extra set of tools for a
quick impeachment scenario.
From Fitzgerald's point of view, the power of the scandal with the
Jew-hating Cornwell, is that the stories of her partying at Bush's
family home with Cornwell's lesbian girlfriend, is a perfect lurid tale
to finally upset and anger all those Bible-reading fundamentalist
Christian voters, who are the last people who still believe in Bush. If
Special Prosecutor Fitzgerald gets on CNN and says, "Well, President
Bush took a million dollar bribe from a famous lesbian to betray the
Constitution, and then it was party-time for a neo-Nazi dyke at Bush's
homestead in Maine," -
then Bush is finished, he is out within a few days at most.
So the Patricia Cornwell crimes remain ready in the hopper for
Fitzgerald, in case Bush seems like he is getting out of corporate
control and needs to be removed.
However, if Fitzgerald doesn't get that message from the US corporation
owners - easily channeled to him via the corporate media, no secret
meetings necessary - Fitzgerald's policy is simply to sit
on the evidence he sees of the crimes involving Patricia Cornwell,
unless an external outside trigger forces him to act.
As a loyal CIA and corporate man, Fitzgerald agrees with the consensus
view of America's corporate rulers, that, unless absolutely pushed, it
is better to keep quiet about fraud and bribery crimes by federal
judges.
After all, the practice of judges quietly receiving bribes from law
firms for big corporations, is simply the normal grease in the wheels
of the American machine. That's basically how US corporations control
things in the US courts, where judges are appointed for life from the
same corporate law firms who pay bribes, and everbody quietly accepts
"how the game is
played".
It's true that in the Patricia Cornwell bribery of Judge Robert Payne,
Cornwell and the gang were about 100 times sloppier than the norm for
corporate bribery. They all really went overboard with the Jew-hating
Willcox & Savage law firm, the phony "civil rights charity
foundation", and Patricia Cornwell's blatant perjury, committing all
those felonies in broad daylight.
Buy Fitzgerald can also see that, at the moment, despite the clear
evidence he holds,
there's not yet a big political force pushing him to the felony
indictments of Patricia Cornwell.
The Jewish organisations have thus far been timid, unwilling to
challenge lawyers and federal judges, even in a blatant case of
threatening to murder a person of Jewish heritage. Nonetheless,
Fitzgerald
knows there is a potential legal action coming in Europe, naming the US
government as a partner in crimes with Cornwell and Cornwell's
publisher Pearson plc - Penguin, and the publicity from that might make
it necessary for US prosecutors to pretend they are doing something.
In that case, Fitzgerald can always say, well he was working on the
Patricia Cornwell crimes all along, he just had to take care first of
convicting Scooter Libby. And then, if there's a lot of media about
Cornwell and her crimes, another Special Prosecutor can be appointed to
"take over" Cornwell's files, and finally roll up Cornwell and Judge
Payne and the rest of the Jew-hating gang, and send a bunch of them to
prison.
But until that outside pressure comes, Fitzgerald is going to sit on
the whole thing. As a good CIA and company man, Fitzgerald sees that he
shouldn't go out of the way to expose crimes of the US federal courts
and judges. Unless pressured, Fitzgerald sees his role as more to cover
up for such crimes rather than to prosecute them - though curious boy
Patrick Fitzgerald does like to read the files, and have the goods on
everybody.
From the CIA point of view, the Patricia Cornwell crimes are pretty
nervous territory. The Cornwell bribery of Judge Payne, their fake
"legal
proceeding" with the fake "civil rights foundation", wind up making
the US look like Joe Stalin's Soviet Union, or indeed Adolf Hitler's
Nazi Germany.
Fake courts. Fake trials. Jew-hating judges. Threatening to destroy and
burn the books of Jews. The Cornwell scandal, a
scandal of threatening to murder a book author, and banning his freedom
to speak and write via a totally fraudulent "show trial", is not a
helpful thing for trying to sell the image of the US around the world.
Indeed, the Cornwell crimes seem to show that the US is itself a fraud,
that the US is only a fake and sham democracy. If the US courts are
fake - in a country like the US where the courts are "supreme" - well,
there's really not much left of America in which to believe. The
Constitution and Bill of Rights are pretty well dead, if judges can be
simply bribed and bought by a crazy drug-using Patricia Cornwell and a
Jew-hating law firm.
Also, the impeachment and indictment of Judge Payne, brings focus onto
the other crimes in which Payne is involved, like Payne's criminal
railroading of innocent French citizen Leonel Cazaco, who remains
in prison after ten years, even though someone else already confessed
to the murder of which Cazaco is accused.
The facts about federal Judge Robert Payne engaged in court fraud and
attacking innocent people, helps to reveal the whole system of US
injustice: the
mass jailing of blacks and Latinos, many of them innocent; the whole
scandal of the US jailing over 2.2 million people, 25 per cent of all
the prisoners in the world; the poor people who get sentenced to US
prisons just to provide slave labour to US corporations.
Yes, indeed, Fitzgerald could make world headlines and world history by
publicly
indicting Patricia Cornwell, but Fitzgerald is loyal to his CIA
masters, and to the corporate owners of America who prefer a cover-up
for bribed judges, for the whole corrupt system of the railroading of
innocent minorities and poor people. Patricia Cornwell's bribery of
Judge Payne, their mutual attack to threaten to kill a "stupid Jew", is
just one more incident in the whole racist programme of the corrupt US
legal system.
Fitzgerald would flip quickly to bringing charges against Cornwell if
the case shows up in the corporate media, and then Fitzgerald can
"prove" to the world that "the system works", "justice at last" about
the felony crimes of Patricia Cornwell, Judge Payne and the Willcox
& Savage bribery gangsters.
But if there's no push from the corporate media, Fitzgerald knows what
his masters want him to do: Keep it all in the file cabinet, and wait.
