There is a new US
federal court lawsuit filed involving world-famous celebrity author
Patricia Cornwell, relating to Cornwell's long-standing hatred of Jews,
and Cornwell's threats to murder her biographer, Dr Les Sachs. Dr Les Sachs
lives in Europe and maintains the increasingly popular patricia-cornwell-biography.net website.
Cornwell has vowed to silence, jail and murder Dr Sachs in revenge for
his journalism about Cornwell, and Cornwell's threats have now
instigated a new US federal court lawsuit. An intial court date was set
for 22 May 2007. (Note for journalists: Case number and
courthouse information, contact information for the lawyers involved in
the lawsuit including e-mail and telephone numbers, is given below.)
The case, somewhat hilariously, also involves Cornwell's continually
being robbed and defrauded by her own lawyers.
As readers of Cornwell's books or her biography know,
Patricia Cornwell is a woman of many hatreds, a woman who boasted in
Vanity Fair magazine that she can get away with murdering people. A
longtime friend of the President Bush family, and worth over US $125
million, Cornwell feels like she is a powerful figure, given the
millions in gifts Cornwell has given to the Bush family and other
political figures.
But when it comes to lawyers, Cornwell herself gets taken for a ride
when the lawyers push the right buttons. Cornwell's longtime lawyer
Conrad Shumadine of Willcox
& Savage - who may have collected a million dollars or more in
legal fees from Cornwell - boasted of his ability to easily manipulate
Cornwell. The oily Shumadine declared to fellow lawyers that Patricia
Cornwell is "a totally stupid lesbian whore . . . I can milk that bitch
like a fat fucking cow."
Shumadine and another lawyer in New York, Michael Rudell (whom Cornwell
thought was her "friend Mike") played games with Cornwell like planting
a false newspaper article in a local newspaper, and then waving the
article at Cornwell to convince her to give them extra hundreds of
thousands of dollars in legal fees. It was years later before Cornwell
realised how her own lawyers had deceived and robbed her.
And now it seems Cornwell has some new lawyers, who seem to have also
quickly set up and defrauded Cornwell yet again. But that's typical of
US lawyers, given a client like Cornwell, who is full of emotional
hatreds. Cornwell is a heavy drug user, and seems to live a lot of her
life in a drug-induced fog, despite bouncing in and out of rehab.
In recent documents Cornwell is identified as now living in
Massachusetts, USA. Cornwell's two main recreations in life seem to be
stalking straight women and trying to get them to have lesbian sex with
her (see Esquire magazine for how Cornwell even stalked actress Jodie
Foster), and Cornwell's intake of illegal drugs. In her new home in
Massachusetts, Patricia Cornwell is close to the very upscale
gay-and-lesbian scene centred around Provincetown, and also has easy
access to providers of illegal drugs in the thriving "scene" there.
But, as Cornwell's lawyers can tell you, the real hot button for
Patricia Cornwell is her hatred of Jews, her support for Adolf Hitler's
ideas of book-burning, her lust for threatening to murder Jews, or
actually killing them. The teenage Patricia Cornwell grew up under the
foster care supervision of right-wing anti-Semitic preacher Billy
Graham, famous for discussing his hatred of Jews with Richard Nixon on
the Watergate tapes.
The racist Cornwell, a typical US white Southerner, also gives huge
support to
the white racists who jail innocent black people, but it's the thought
of murdering Jews that really gets Patricia Cornwell excited, really
gets Cornwell all hot and wet between the legs. In private
circumstances, Cornwell quickly denounces the "dirty Jews", the "filthy
Jews". Indeed, attacking Jews is a real passion for the neo-Nazi
Cornwell, while at the same time engaging in the 'Pleasures of Adolf
Eichmann', Cornwell's hiring of dishonest Jews to do dirty jobs for
her, a 'pet Jew' whom Cornwell can dominate.
Cornwell's lawyers know this, that attacking and murdering Jews is
Cornwell's ultimate fetish and fantasy, to herself become a lesbian
Adolf Hitler. Cornwell's longtime lawyers Shumadine and Rudell,
mentioned above, took advantage of this back in 2000, when they
threatened someone of Jewish heritage with a Jew-baiting extortion letter. This got
Cornwell excited enough to spend a reported half-million dollars on
legal fees and bribes, and to hire thugs to threaten to kill the victim
who was pre-selected by Cornwell's lawyers.
That victim was Dr Les Sachs,
a longtime published author and journalist, an expert on corruption,
who had started to get too close to the dirty truth about Cornwell.
Under threats of jail and murder by Cornwell and her thugs, and
victimised via a fake "legal proceeding" staged by a judge appointed by
Cornwell's friend President Bush, Dr Les Sachs was forced to become a
refugee in Europe. (The federal judge produced a fake "court order" banning Dr Sachs'
freedom of speech, the order signed by a pal of the judge posing as
Dr Sachs' lawyer, while Cornwell's lawyers threatened to murder Dr
Sachs. - In these days in America, no US lawyer will
dare to help a victim of a bribed federal judge, because the lawyers
face revenge by other judges.)
Because of Cornwell's threats to jail and murder Dr Les Sachs if he is
inside the US, Dr Sachs now lives in safety as a European citizen, and
for several years now Dr Sachs has published much of the truth about
Cornwell on the internet, centred now in the website, www.patricia-cornwell-biography.net.
Shortly after arriving in safety on European soil, Dr Sachs exposed the
crimes of Cornwell, partly via a US federal court
filing of 3 April 2004 made from Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and
partly from numerous writings about Cornwell. Though not directly
denying their crimes, Cornwell and her gang continued a series of
criminal acts.
One new crime was that Cornwell's friends at America's corrupt
FBI
police agency attacked Dr Sachs in the Netherlands, e-mailing him
computer viruses, committing a clear act of international "terrorism"
in support of Cornwell's threats to have Dr Sachs murdered. Another
thing that Cornwell did, was hire some computer geeks to place false
material on Wikipedia, where Cornwell found support for a long time
among Wikipedia administrators who share Cornwell's hatred of Jews,
and
who want to help a major Bush contributor like Cornwell.
US
Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald, working for the CIA and
investigating the crimes connected to the Bush White House, requested
the material on the crimes committed by Cornwell, as a prelude to
possibly indicting Cornwell if the political winds deemed that
desirable. Fitzgerald can see the evidence in the documents is pretty
clear - Cornwell committing felony
perjury, paying a $1 million bribe
to Bush, bribing US federal judges, threatening to kill people, funding
criminal acts by a phoney "Freedom Works Foundation" which doesn't
exist - Cornwell can clearly go to prison for the rest of her life.
Fitzgerald hesitates, though, over exposing to the world the fact that
US federal judges so easily take bribes.
With all the evidence of crimes committed by Cornwell together with her
lawyers, the old lawyers who had helped Cornwell attack Dr Sachs
initially, kept a mostly low profile even though they were named in
public writings about crimes they had committed. After all, Dr Sachs
was telling the truth, any legal action might send them all to prison;
so the lawyers stayed out of the courts, while Cornwell's various thugs
e-mailed computer viruses to Dr Sachs and planted
false material on
Wikipedia.
Recently, however, Patricia Cornwell, an ever-more bitter and lonely
lesbian, now in her 50s, and spurned by women she has been chasing, has
started to feel that it is time again to try and finish the job of
jailing, destroying and murdering her biographer, Dr Les Sachs.
Cornwell regrets that she did not finish jailing and murdering Dr Les
Sachs, when her lawyer friends had him in their clutches back in the US.
Back then, Dr Sachs was allowed to stay alive and out of jail, on
condition he keep quiet and pay money for the rest of his life to
Cornwell's lawyers. Cornwell's lawyers wanted the extortion money, and
they thought Dr Sachs would stay submissive, so they allowed him to
live. They were fooled by Dr Sachs' gentle personal manner. They didn't
realise Dr Sachs was collecting evidence, and would survive to start a
new life as a European citizen, safe where the Cornwell gang couldn't
jail him and murder him in revenge for his writing.
But now, Patricia Cornwell has met some new lawyers, who quickly
hatched a new scheme to take Patricia Cornwell's money. In essence it's
like this:
Lawyers pitch to Cornwell:
"We'll finally help you shut up, jail and
murder that 'stupid Jew' you hate, who has been writing about you."
Cornwell's response:
"Yeah, whatever money you want, take it, just shut
that guy up. Let's put that Dr Les Sachs in jail and kill him!"
(Cornwell's drug-supplying criminal friends are able to arrange to
murder people in Virginia prison cells, and Cornwell's lawyers have
described in great detail to Dr Sachs various ways that Cornwell's
hirelings might murder him.)
Thus, a few days ago, and rather hilariously, a new federal court
lawsuit was filed by new lawyers for Patricia Cornwell - new lawyers
who have, once again, conned Cornwell out of her money. The documents
reveal the lies the lawyers likely used to sell Patricia Cornwell, who
is always gullible when she has her fantasies of murdering a Jewish
victim. (It might be the drugs Cornwell is using, too.)
Although Dr Sachs has been quite public for several years on the
internet, known as a political refugee from the US in Europe, the new
lawsuit describes Dr Sachs as really being inside the US, and only
"seeming" to be in Europe on the internet. The lawyers even supply a
totally fictional address for Dr Sachs where they say he has been
living in Virginia - an address in a town in which he never lived at
all, even in his former life inside America.
Another hilarious lie and fabrication in the lawsuit, is that the
lawyers claim Dr Sachs is operating a publishing company in the US,
because his old previously published books are for sale on the amazon
website - a website which, as the lawyers well know, simply allows
anyone to sell their out-of-print and used books, and the old published
books of Dr Sachs are there like anyone else - The Virginia Ghost
Murders, and How
to Buy Your New Car for a Rock-Bottom Price.
Patricia Cornwell's new lawyers obviously had tried to convince
Cornwell these last few months, that Dr Sachs and his "publishing
company" might be in the US where they could "get Dr Les Sachs", jail
him and finally murder him.
And in this new federal court lawsuit, Cornwell's new lawyers also jump
in, and revive all the old crimes of fraud, extortion and terrorism
committed by Cornwell's previous sets of lawyers. The new lawyers base
their legal action on the fiction that Dr Sachs is not obeying the fake
"court order" banning his freedom of speech, a "court order" which
was
long ago exposed as a fraud in the court filing of 3
April 2004 that Dr
Sachs made from Europe.
That old fake "court order" banning Dr Sachs' freedom of speech, by his
supposed "agreement", was not signed by Dr Sachs, but only by
Cornwell's friend "Judge Robert Payne is my name, Federal bribery is my
game," and two of the judge's friends who are being paid by Cornwell.
In that document, one of the judge's pals is posing both as Dr Sachs'
lawyer, and also as a lawyer for a non-existent "Freedom Works
Foundation". The fake "Foundation" of the friend of the judge, by
itself makes the whole court order invalid under the doctrine of "Fraud
Upon the Court". - And now Cornwell's new lawyers are even filing the
new Cornwell lawsuit with the same judges who were involved in the
earlier fraud!
With all the lies and fraud in the new lawsuit, the false claims that
Dr Sachs is in the US, this fresh federal court lawsuit by Cornwell's
lawyers is somewhat of a mystery from a legal point of view. Patricia
Cornwell is spending hundreds of thousands of dollars again on another
fake US "legal proceeding" that will produce nothing more than another
roll of legal toilet paper, another fake set of totally worthless
"court orders".
Dr Sachs is now a European citizen, would never travel to the US, and
thus any more US federal judges taking bribes or doing favours for
Bush's friend Cornwell, simply have no power over him. The US federal
judges, with their previous crimes of fraud and threats to murder Dr
Sachs, have no more legitimacy or power whatsoever with regard to him.
Any more fake "court orders" are as worthless as the previous ones.
Given that Cornwell is a neo-Nazi Jew hater, guilty of terrorist acts
threatening to murder Dr Sachs, the revival of the previous actions to
threaten Dr Sachs, is actually a new set of terrorist and neo-Nazi
crimes.
The other day, Cornwell's new set of four lawyers, trying to justify
all the new huge amounts of money they are milking out of Patricia
Cornwell, tried harassing Dr Sachs by e-mail in Europe, trying to send
these new worthless "federal court lawsuit papers" as e-mail
attachments. Dr Sachs responded:
"Take your neo-Nazi legal documents and shove them up your Nazi
behinds. . . .Indeed, you and Cornwell shove it all up your behinds -
Your own actions at last may finally lead to the imprisonment of
Cornwell for the rest of her life."
In follow-up e-mail correspondence with Cornwell's new lawyers, Dr
Sachs queried them: And Cornwell's new lawyers do not deny that they
all join Patricia Cornwell in anti-Semitic hatred of Jews. These
lawyers, listed below, do not deny they support Cornwell in threatening
to murder and terrorise Jewish victims.
The lawyers also do not deny that they are aware of the multiple felony
crimes Cornwell has committed - committing
felony perjury, bribing
judges, committing court fraud, and threatening to murder Dr Les Sachs.

The lawyers also do not deny, that they simply fabricated lies and
phoney stories here, to once again deceive and defraud Cornwell, to
give Patricia Cornwell the false impression that she could once again
carry out her Jew-murdering fantasy. Thus the new lawyers are able to
tap Cornwell for huge amounts of legal fees, for another fake "legal
proceeding", another Stalin-style "show trial", with the Ku Klux Klan
bribed judges of old racist Virginia.
