of 3 April 2004 Court Filing on the US government crimes
against
Dr Les
Sachs, that forced him to take refuge in Europe
Below is the full text of the 3rd
of
April 2004 court filing, made from Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and
filed
with
USA
4th Circuit of Appeals Chief Judge Wilkins, exposing the Jew-hating
crimes
of Patricia Cornwell and the US government, in their threats of murder
and attempt to ban the journalism of Dr Les Sachs.
It is specifically a judicial
misconduct filing, and that is why U.S. federal Judge Robert Payne is
named in its header, though the court filing details the entire
scandal involving President Bush's friend Patricia Cornwell, Penguin
Books and numerous other criminal
parties. This is the document extensively shared among federal judges
and even the members of the new judicial ethics panel named
in May 2004, headed by US Supreme Court Chief Justice Stephen Breyer.
The federal judges, America's FBI, and Patricia Cornwell and her whole
gang of lawyers and crimimal thugs, do not deny that this court filing
accurately exposes felony crimes by Patricia Cornwell and her gang, and
that these are impeachable offenses by US federal Judge Robert Payne.
But they
refuse to make any official response, choosing (so far) the path of
stonewalling and cover-up.

This court filing is a little difficult to read, as it is an emotional
document written
by Dr. Sachs in
his last days in
hiding inside the USA, as he was living under direct threat of U.S.
government jailing and murder by Judge Payne and the
Cornwell thugs. This document reflects
the emotional trauma of Dr. Sachs as a victim of USA political
and judicial terror. Allowance needs to be made for the
circumstances of mortal fear in which it was written.
The document also has many quotations that accurately display the
vulgarity, obscenity and bigotry of America's lawyers and judges, as
Dr. Sachs witnessed and experienced it in his long struggle. It is not
a pretty sight. But everyone should understand the crass
nature of the legal figures involved in this scandal.

happened, in chronological order. This document details Dr. Sachs'
struggle to fight this criminal scheme from inside of America before he
was forced to escape for his life and freedom. After a brief

Conclusive “smoking gun” definitive proof now in the hands of the

of Judge Payne’s thugs, and the start of impeachment proceedings

Judge Robert Payne, or be guilty of increasing the international
disgrace of the USA legal system, as the sleaze, fraud, farce and
debauchery of the Patricia Cornwell – Judge Payne "phony show trial"
scheme is exposed to the entire world.
Documents prove USA Federal Judge Payne staged a bogus, phony,
fraudulent, sham, kangaroo, “Joseph Stalin Moscow Style” farcical
political court proceeding, Judge Payne hiring known felonious thugs to
fraudulently pose as a victim’s lawyer, Judge Payne’s thugs then using
threats of illegal jailing and murder – proven in writing – to enact a
political farce to deceive the entire American people, and permanently
damage the USA Constitution – Judge Payne’s criminal thugs paid by
federal bribery funds supplied by the weird right-wing extremist
Patricia Cornwell.
Documents prove USA Federal Judge Payne procured known felonious
criminals who threatened to illegally jail and murder an American
writer and journalist, and that Judge Payne’s thugs imposed a campaign
of criminal terror to prevent an illegal and unconstitutional order
from being appealed.
Documents prove USA Federal Judge Payne improperly acted as judge in a
case with known criminals with whom Judge Payne is personally involved,

Payne protecting his criminal associates by imposing an illegal

Judge Payne’s thugs used threats of violence, torture, murder and

and terror to permanently alter the government of the United States –

Judge Payne, his criminal thug Thomas Roberts, and their bogus,
phony, non-existent and feloniously fraudulent “First Amendment charity
foundation”, a felony fraud which is still carried on by Roberts in
written
form on the internet - Shocking relationship between Judge Payne and
the
criminal thug Roberts who helped him stage the fraudulent phony court
proceeding.
Judge Payne’s phony court proceeding needs to be recounted in every law
school in the world, as the textbook example of the unlimited evil
that results from a ban on freedom of speech, as Judge Payne’s brutally
illegal court order instantly led to the commission of a long series of
felony crimes under cover of this order, the order was used to hide
threats
of terror and murder that prevented the order itself from being
appealed,
and was the tool of political fraud of the entire American people.
Judge Payne quoted as admitting to “bending” the USA Constitution as a
“reward” for campaign contributions, legal fees and bribes paid
by America’s uniquely lesbian right wing extremist Patricia Cornwell,
the vulgar Judge Payne speaking of his willingness to provide “a little
service to our dyke bitch Cornwell, with all the money she’s paying us
here.” Judge Payne is quoted as declaring his goal to “keep the money
flowing” from Patricia Cornwell to the Bush campaigns and right wing
politicians,
and that is why he is illegally banning the journalism of a critic of
Cornwell.
Right wing extremist Judge Payne, quoted in anti-gay, anti-semitic, and
racist remarks, also quoted as admiring Nazi Reich leader Adolf Hitler,
and Judge Payne adopting pro-Hitler values on the court record, Judge
Payne supporting bookburning, the banning of free speech and
journalism,
quoted as laughing at the memory of Holocaust victims, denying right of
trial by jury “because the jury might like the f-cker, and won’t do
what
we want”, Judge Payne following Adolf Hitler and Joseph Stalin in
denouncing
independent writers and journalists and intellectuals as “dangerous
f-ckers”
who need to be suppressed, Judge Payne giving support to the planting
of false evidence, the nazi-style use of right wing propaganda, and the
political use of bribery, fraud, extortion and corruption by America’s
crooked lawyers, Judge Payne making astonishingly false statements to
protect
the Patricia Cornwell gangsters.
With hilarious irony, Judge Payne helps Cornwell’s own lawyers to
defraud Patricia Cornwell herself out of several hundred thousand
dollars, Judge Payne using court power to cover up for the criminal
scheme, while Cornwell’s lawyer Shumadine is quoted as bragging that
the right wing
millionaire Cornwell is “a totally stupid lesbian whore” and “I can
milk
that bitch like a fat f-cking cow.”
Judge Payne’s thug Roberts, totally unquestioned by state and federal
authorities who are fully aware of his crimes, is walking around
telling people that Judge Payne is fully backing his felony criminal
activities, and that no one can take down Roberts without taking Judge
Payne down as well, and this won’t be done because they are also backed
by the President Bush USA government that gets campaign money from
Patricia Cornwell. Roberts is right in that his own indictment can lead
to Judge Payne’s impeachment. And USA Attorney General Ashcroft needs
to say whether he’s cutting a
deal to cover this Patricia Cornwell – Judge Payne – Thomas Roberts
scheme
of fraud and treason.
Thousands of USA lawyers are also aware of the Patricia Cornwell –
Judge Payne scheme of extortion and treason, acknowledge that Judge
Payne “did a dirty deal” in collusion with Cornwell’s lawyers, agree
that it should lead to the immediate impeachment of Judge Payne and the
indictment of Cornwell and their thugs, but lawyers are either driven
by greed to “play the game” or else are too afraid of revenge by other
judges and the US government if they become “the lawyer who tries to
fight a crooked federal judge that’s backed by the Bush government”.
Many USA lawyers, themselves in fear of
revenge and reprisal, now declare “no hope for freedom” inside the
crooked
USA legal system, and they have urged this writer to leave the USA for

own safety and “blow open the scandal” from safety overseas.
America seems to no longer have a legal system or a justice system, but
something its lawyers and judges call “The Game”, with many vulgar

anybody’s f-cking constitutional rights. It’s all power and money,

Scheme of Terror, in Light of USA Propaganda and War-Making About Being
the “Land of Freedom”
1. This filing with the United States Court of Appeals is made in honor
of the memory of the victims of Adolf Hitler’s Nazi Holocaust;
the tens of thousands of dead and dying from America’s recent
war-making;
and in honor of all those who are still struggling for freedom in the
increasingly corrupt and brutal USA.
2. This Appeals Court filing is made in accord with the United States
laws and court rules that make the judges of the Appeals Court
responsible for acting upon the gross misconduct and impeachable
offenses of judges in their circuit, of the type which is herein
detailed with incontrovertible evidence that provides, as American
lawyers agree, “instant grounds for impeachment” of USA Fourth Circuit
Federal Judge Robert E. Payne. The
judges of the Appeals Court are duty bound to act upon this information
regardless of the format in which they learn of these proofs of
impeachable
offenses, and this filing is made simultaneously with electronic
communications
to US federal court employees, publication on the World Wide Web, and
distribution to the entire world’s news media.
3. For the sake of justice and the truth, and in the hope of bringing
some measure of relief to all those who observe the dark night of legal
corruption and political tyranny descending upon the United States of
America and its empire, so therefore this writer, Dr. Les Sachs, former
resident of the USA, brings to the attention of the Appeals Court, to
all
American citizens, and to all citizens of the world, the proof of the
biggest
federal court scandal in USA history, and how America’s judges and
lawyers
are now staging phony fraudulent court proceedings to throw away and
spit
upon the freedoms of America’s old Constitution, and replace it with a
new
order of legal corruption and tyranny.
4. The public revelation of the Patricia Cornwell – Judge Payne
scheme of judicial terror and court fraud, is an account that should be
known by every household in America, and in every government hall
throughout the world. Every American needs to know how easily their
most basic constitutional rights can be put up for sale in a USA
federal courtroom, for the simple
purchase price of campaign contributions and bribes, with a judge
“bending
the Constitution”. All Americans need to know how easily their lawyers
sell them out and betray them, how easily innocent people can be jailed
and killed by the USA legal system. The whole world needs to know that
USA federal judges are now staging phony and fraudulent court
proceedings with the help of the USA’s crooked lawyers, banning and
silencing writers and journalists with illegal court orders that are
backed by threats of illegal jailing and murder.
5. The USA recently started a war of invasion, with huge amounts of
propaganda chest-thumping about the USA being the “land of freedom”.
The USA proceeded to begin bombing and killing, with tens of thousands
of people now lying dead, and more still continuing to be killed, as a
result of this war-making. The USA propaganda about being the “land of
freedom”, needs to be viewed in light of the Judge Payne phony court
proceeding,
the illegal banning of freedom of speech and of the press, and the
threats
by US government hired thugs to jail and kill one of the USA’s most
highly educated citizens. We see USA Federal Judge Payne supervising a
scheme
of the complete denial of freedom, to benefit a President Bush and
Republican campaign contributor. The Patricia Cornwell – Judge Payne
scheme of terror and banning of speech needs to be known by the entire
world, for the next time the USA starts boasting about being the “land
of freedom” and saying it has the right to bomb and shoot and kill
people for “freedom”.
6. The USA has recently been criticizing other countries for their
alleged “legal system corruption”. The USA was recently insulting the
nation of Belgium for their alleged “political use of the courts”, and
USA officials have long been insulting various countries of Central and
South America for being “banana republics” with “crooked legal
systems”.
Yet with the Patricia Cornwell – Judge Payne scheme of phony court
proceedings, banning of freedom, and treason in the USA courts, and the
way that American lawyers eagerly collude with judges in political
fraud and terror, the USA can certainly rank high on the list of “legal
system corruption”
and “political use of the courts”. The Patricia Cornwell – Judge Payne

of political terrorism and the violation of internationally recognized
human rights. The question now is whether the USA Appeals Court and
Justice Department will indulge treason and terrorism and this criminal
attack on the USA’s old Constitution.
II. Background of Patricia
Cornwell – Bitter, Tormented Lesbian;
Wealthy Right-Wing Neo-Fascist Contributor; Proven Plagiarizer and
Slimy Character; In Quest of Criminal Power in America
8. The half-million dollars spent to fund this scheme of USA federal
court fraud and treason, was supplied by the world famous celebrity
crime author Patricia Cornwell, who has leveraged her $125 million
fortune into a unique position of political power and influence via
right-wing Republican campaign contributions, her influence centered in
the crooked state of Virginia, perhaps the most notoriously corrupt
region in the entire USA,
where even former judges, like Judge Katherine Howe Jones, acknowledge
judicial
bribery as commonplace.
9. Patricia Cornwell is a lesbian who is full of pain and self-hatred
about her lesbianism, perhaps stemming from her conservative Southern
origins. Patricia Cornwell’s ambiguity about her own lesbianism, and
dislike
of her own femininity, has led not just to her dressing in male
clothing, but in an extremely bizarre pursuit of mannish-ness, which in
Cornwell’s mind means the right-wing fascist-style pursuit of political
power. So Cornwell has become a major funder and campaign contributor
of America’s right wing Republicans, including George Bush, Senators
and Governors, despite
their anti-gay politics, a funding which in turn buys Cornwell a
private
political power and the ability to get away with criminal acts when she
so chooses. The former Republican governor of Virginia, Jim Gilmore,
has
actually been living in Patricia Cornwell’s house and sleeping in
Cornwell’s bedroom, the same bedroom where Cornwell trysted with her
lesbian lovers.
10. Patricia Cornwell is bitter and lonely in the trap she has
built for herself. Her lesbian contacts will tend to despise her for
her association with right wing and anti-gay Republican politicians.
George Bush, Jim Gilmore, US Senators all are glad to take Cornwell’s
money,
but at the same time despise her for being a drug-using lesbian. Judge
Payne himself is quoted as expressed this ambiguity even while joining
in
this scheme with Cornwell, saying, as quoted by Judge Payne’s own thug
Roberts, “In a way I hate to help out Cornwell, she’s such a slimy
lesbian c-nt,
and her writing is such a load of crap, but she’s given enough money to
the
Right political people, and she’s made our boy Shumadine [Cornwell’s
oily
Virginia lawyer] pretty well off, so we need to give a little service
to
our dyke bitch Cornwell, with all the money she’s paying us here.”
11. Patricia Cornwell’s self-hatred has taken routes of others with
similar mental problems, like Adolf Hitler. Cornwell is recognized by
her own lackeys as a habitual user of fancy illegal drugs that she can
easily afford. She has a Nazi-like obsession with ghoulishness and
death
and the quest for power, and she is driven to seek and play games of
power
in a nazi-style manner, now having entered upon the extremely high
crimes
of federal court bribery, hiring thugs to threaten to murder people,
the
political purchase of the banning of another writer’s freedom, and the
ultimate
crime of all: felony treason to do permanent damage to the USA
Constitution
and government. With her self-hatred and personal problems, Cornwell
takes
a thrill in large scale crimes of fraud and power.
12. Cornwell is recognized by her lawyers, publishers and handlers as
an extremely damaged piece of goods. In person, her mental problems
easily display themselves, and she can be the raving, babbling
semi-lunatic. In her professional writing life, a principal earmark of
her later works has been a pattern of instances of theft, plagiarism
and downright verbatim copying of outside material. The biggest crime
she committed before entering upon this scheme of treason, was
Cornwell’s violation of the corpse and privacy of a murdered child,
Cornwell thieving the autopsy account and real
life facts of a murdered child’s death, and putting it almost verbatim
into
a novel, without request or compensation to the grieving family.
Cornwell was sued for this reprehensible crime, and was decreed by
experts to be a plagiarizer, but the lawsuit against Cornwell
mysteriously disappeared when,
according to other Virginia lawyers like Scott Crowley, Cornwell’s
slimy
and oily Virginia lawyer Conrad Shumadine was able to successfully
influence
and bribe the judge to dismiss the case on a technicality.
13. With her long residence in right wing Virginia, her long pattern of
campaign contributions to Virginia’s leading politicians, her
connections to lawyers who are regarded as experts in local judicial
bribery, Cornwell got very used to the idea that she could commit just
about any crime
and get away with it. As one Virginia lawyer puts it, “That rich c-nt
Cornwell could f-cking kill somebody in Virginia, and no cop would
touch
her.” Confronted with blatant instances of plagiarism and copying of
outside material for her books, Cornwell quickly chirps, “That wasn’t
‘based on’ that material, it was just ‘inspired by’!” as if that
explains
it all away. Known as a slimy character generally by people who have
contact
with her, she is a plagiarizing writer in an entertainment industry
with
a reputation for being full of plagiarism.
III. Background of Dr. Les
Sachs
14. More information about Dr. Les Sachs, and a brief biography
and photographs, can be found on the DrLesSachs.com website. Dr. Sachs
is one of the most highly educated individuals to have ever lived in
the
United States, with seven degrees from three universities, his degrees
are in philosophy, education and religious studies. Dr. Sachs has never
been concerned with making money, despite the lies and propaganda of
Judge
Payne and the Patricia Cornwell gangsters. Quite obviously there were
many
routes to making money Dr. Sachs could have pursued after Harvard,
which
he passed up to focus on a personal intellectual and spiritual journey.
Dr. Sachs was also a USA government employee in his youth, and holds
the
Superior Performance Award from the US Department of Justice for his
work
there.
15. Dr. Sachs has a little Jewish blood in his heritage and is a
distant kin to some of the victims of Adolf-Hitler’s Holocaust. As a
young
student, Dr. Sachs won Voice of Democracy and American Legion awards
for
a speech he wrote and gave on the topic of freedom. While still a
teenager, Dr. Sachs developed very strong anti-fascist views, in favor
of freedom
of speech and against practices like bookburning and legal corruption.
At
Harvard, Dr. Sachs helped to teach a course on the permanent relevance
of
the history of the Nazi Reich, and how all of us must oppose nazi-style
and
fascist activities whenever we find them.
16. Dr. Sachs is a writer whose style and views and opinions are much
liked by the American people. Dr. Sachs became a nationally popular
author with a book he wrote for the Penguin Putnam corporation, a book
of new-style journalism exposing the sleaze and farce of the American
auto sales industry, a book which CBS television and others declared to
be the best book of its type ever written. This book is what first
enmeshed Dr. Sachs with Patricia Cornwell’s publisher Penguin Putnam,
and is what made Judge Payne and the Cornwell gangsters so anxious to
impose a lifelong ban on Dr. Sachs’ journalism about Patricia Cornwell
and legal corruption. They knew that Dr. Sachs could expose the sleaze
on these topics, just as
thoroughly as he did that of the car sales game.
17. The records show that, in contradiction of the claims of Judge
Payne and the Cornwell gang members, Dr. Sachs has in fact not been a
seeker after publicity, and instead has preferred the life of a quiet,
fairly unknown writer. Dr. Sachs turned down numerous opportunities to
be on television and radio in connection with his successful car book.
Dr.
Sachs enjoys writing and expression, but has sought neither wealth nor
publicity, and instead is someone pursuing spiritual and intellectual
goals
on a personal level.
18. At the time the Patricia Cornwell – Judge Payne scheme of fraud and
treason was enacted, during the 2000 George Bush election campaign, Dr.
Sachs was still living very modestly. He had no wealth or liquid
assets, worked happily at a humble job living paycheck to paycheck, he
had no
significant money for legal fees, and no motive to “settle” and to
refrain
from appealing Judge Payne’s laughably illegal court orders, other than
the threats by Judge Payne’s thugs to illegally jail, torture and kill
him.
19. Not long after Judge Payne and his thugs enacted their scheme of
terror and treason, as Dr. Sachs came to think he did need large
amounts of money to fight for freedom and the Constitution, Dr. Sachs
quickly became one of the highest wage earners inside the USA. Dr.
Sachs used his compassion and talents to become one of America’s most
successful mortgage loan officers, with a cash flow of several hundred
thousand dollars he could use to pay for lawyers. He found, however,
that in the current USA climate of legal corruption, USA lawyers are
too afraid to confront a criminal scheme in which evidence shows a US
federal judge to be guilty of misconduct, lawyers fearing revenge by
other judges, their voices trembling in fear as they cite the need to
“play The Game” in order to have legal careers at all.
IV. The Two Novelists –
Cornwell
and Dr. Sachs
20. The United States publishing industry largely collapsed and
imploded on itself in the and 1990s. The national focus on
“bestsellers”
meant that publishing companies could make more money by over-hyping
and
over-selling books by a few very well known authors, rather than taking
risks in publishing books by new authors. It is very understandable
that
someone like Patricia Cornwell, who can make millions of dollars now
from any book published under her name, even if such book is poorly
written,
can be desperate for new story ideas, which are extremely difficult to
originate even for talented writers. The half-crazy, drug-abusing,
power-seeking
Cornwell, had already had success in plagiarizing material from other
people, and was able to cover up for this plagiarism by throwing money
into
Virginia’s corrupt culture of legal bribery. In addition, the large USA
entertainment history has a history of hilariously gross plagiarism,
like
the “A Team” scandal. The Penguin Putnam corporation has been
continuing
to make tens of millions of dollars from Patricia Cornwell’s works,
even
though they know she is a dishonest, malicious, plagiarizing writer who
has
sunk into a long creative slump. Penguin Putnam knows it must keep
Cornwell’s
plagiarism, sleazy character, her neo-nazi extremism, and her mental
torments
about her lesbianism, all hidden from the general public, in order to
maintain
their corporate profits.
21. Prophetically, Dr. Sachs’ novel of the 1990s, The Virginia Ghost
Murders, is partly about the theme of Virginia government corruption.
Dr. Sachs completed this novel in 1997 and published it in 1998.
Numerous documents from 1997 and 1998, already in federal court
records, show very clearly that Dr. Sachs’ novel was being read by
Patricia Cornwell’s agents, editors, and personal friends and
acquaintances.
22. Dr. Sachs’ novel, The Virginia Ghost Murders, has an extremely
unique plot developed by Dr. Sachs, in which an investigation into a
hundred-plus-year old murder involves the female heroine with a modern
killer, and the
crimes of the ancient past become part of the key to solving crimes of
the modern present. Well after Dr. Sachs’ novel was published, in
December
of 1999, Patricia Cornwell and Penguin Putnam announced Patricia
Cornwell’s
“new novel”, with a plot in which an investigation into a
four-hundred-year
old murder involves the heroine with a modern killer, and a “face-off
against crime both ancient and high-tech”. Most people agree that these
two plots sound similar, except for US Federal Judge Robert Payne and
the Cornwell
gangsters. Judge Payne spouts the nonsense that there is “no
similarity”
here, and orders that if Dr. Sachs talks about this, he is to be
jailed,
Judge Payne ordering that Dr. Sachs’ speech, journalism and literary
opinions
are all banned for the rest of his life, for the benefit of Republican
campaign
contributor Patricia Cornwell. Judge Payne grinned and smirked as he
declared
his own nazi-like powers to make his personal extremist views, the
basis
of banning opinions by a journalist and writer like Dr. Sachs.
23. After the announcement by Cornwell of a book that seemed to
be clearly ripping off Dr. Sachs’ book, Dr. Sachs began a two-month
period of investigation and letter writing, with hilarious, satiric,
teasing, bombastic letters, sent privately to all the people involved
in Cornwell’s publishing operation. Dr. Sachs teased Cornwell with the
notion that her rip-off would make “great marketing” for his own book.
Dr. Sachs’ goals were to uncover how deeply Cornwell and her gang were
potentially ripping him off, and to embarrass the Cornwell group from
completing the plagiarism. Dr. Sachs thought it was better to try and
prevent Cornwell’s plagiarism in the first place, rather than file a
lawsuit after the plagiarism had been completed, first of all because
Dr. Sachs was not wealthy at the time and so could not afford legal
fees, and secondly because Dr. Sachs already had a sense from the
general news media about the corruption and hopelessness of the
American legal system. Dr. Sachs made himself a genuine pain in the
rear end to the plagiarizing Cornwell.
24. The response of Cornwell’s lawyers and handlers to Dr. Sachs’
satiric needling, was first of all to brag that Dr. Sachs would be
helpless and have no recourse against Patricia Cornwell’s copying of
his material. This boast came from Penguin Putnam Counsel Alex Gigante.
Then, however, Dr. Sachs got some results, as his protests shut down
the great billion
dollar Penguin Putnam publishing machine. Penguin Putnam announced a
four-month delay in the publication of Patricia Cornwell’s novel, while
Patricia Cornwell substantially re-wrote her drafts to eliminate the
more obvious and blatant rip-offs of Dr. Sachs’ novel. But even in the
final published novel of The Last Precinct, published after the
Cornwell extortion and treason and banning of Dr. Sachs’ freedom had
been accomplished, Cornwell still left a trail of several elements
imitating Dr. Sachs’ novel, plus Cornwell modeled the murderer in her
book partly on Dr. Sachs.
25. With Cornwell starting to re-write her own book after Dr. Sachs’
protests, Cornwell’s lawyers, keeping in mind the stupid and gullible
nature of their drug-abusing, half-crazy, half-stupid client Cornwell,
then began taking steps to try to create further controversy and set up
a lawsuit where they could get several hundred thousand dollars in
legal fees from Cornwell. The Patricia Cornwell – Judge Payne
conspiracy of judicial fraud, terror and treason, actually began in New
York City as a conspiracy among Cornwell’s lawyers, as documents
clearly prove. The originators of this racketeering scheme are New York
entertainment lawyer Michael Rudell, whom the stupid Patricia Cornwell
thinks is her “friend”, and Penguin Putnam Counsel Alex Gigante. The
New York lawyers quickly realized that with Dr. Sachs as a Virginia
resident, they could take advantage of the Virginia culture of court
bribery, and use Cornwell’s Virginia lawyer Conrad Shumadine, with his
experience in judicial bribery, to pull off the ultimate criminal
scheme, and earn several hundred thousand dollars in profit while
committing treason against the USA constitution.
26. It is important to realize that Patricia Cornwell is definitely not
the “mastermind” of this scheme of judicial fraud and treason, even
though she funded this whole criminal project with a half million
dollars of her money. Patricia Cornwell is certainly guilty of federal
crimes
– she is clearly stone-cold guilty of felony on-the-record perjury
before witnesses, and she knowingly funded felony criminal acts, and
Cornwell
took great pleasure in engaging in bribery, threats of murder, and
treason
– but at the same time it should be realized that Patricia Cornwell is
also a passenger on the bus being driven by her own lawyers. Even
though
the Judge Payne phony court proceeding was a farce where one side was
paying bribery funds, it also needs to be understood that it is a farce
where both alleged “parties” in the case were being systematically
deceived and defrauded by their lawyers, including Cornwell herself.
Judge Payne’s ultimate loyalty in the Cornwell farce, was to the lawyer
that, as quoted by his thug Roberts, Judge Payne fondly calls “our boy
Shumadine”. Judge Payne’s hysterical
anxiousness to silence Dr. Sachs, was as much for the benefit of George
Bush – right wing Republican politics, as to cover up for the fraud
games
played by America’s crooked lawyers. Judge Payne never wanted Cornwell
to realize she was being defrauded by lawyers Rudell and Shumadine, and
banned Dr. Sachs’ journalism partly to aid Cornwell’s lawyers in
defrauding
Cornwell.
27. The key document in the Cornwell case is the neo-nazi letter
written by Cornwell’s lawyer Michael Rudell, and faxed to Dr. Sachs on
1 February, 2000. In that letter, written to please and excite Rudell’s
neo-nazi client Cornwell, and also to start the controversy that would
lead to Cornwell spending a half million dollars to fund bribery and
treason, in this letter Cornwell and her lawyers demanded total silence
and submission from Dr. Sachs, the self-banning of his own opinions,
and the letter ordered Dr. Sachs to begin a bookburning of books that
had opinions critical of Cornwell,
or else face legal action that would require the destruction of his
books,
in particular copies of Dr. Sachs’ novel The Virginia Ghost Murders.
The
letter used the actual words “destroy” and “books”, referring to Dr.
Sachs’
book, The Virginia Ghost Murders. This letter is deeply offensive to
writers
and intellectuals and to all those who oppose fascism and Nazis, to all
those who remember the victims of Adolf Hitler’s bookburning Nazi
Holocaust.
28. The Patricia Cornwell - Michael Rudell extortion letter, was also
designed to generate a strong and forthright response from Dr. Sachs,
and begin the process of controversy and lawsuit in which Rudell could
enrich himself from Cornwell’s ample money supply. Dr. Sachs’ response
to these ugly nazi threats was sharp, prompt and immediate. Dr. Sachs
faxed and mailed letters to the Cornwell gangsters telling Cornwell and
her gang to “take your threats and shove them up your criminal nazi
bookburning
ass”. In order to protect himself, and bring public shame on the
Cornwell
gang, Dr. Sachs began nationwide publicity of Cornwell’s neo-nazi
threats,
posting material on a website, sending faxes and press releases, and
putting
a sticker on the front of the published copies of his novel with
direct,
accurate, fully factual quotation of the Cornwell – Rudell extortion
letter.
29. The Michael Rudell 1 February 2000 extortion letter is an extremely
important letter for the entire case, and for the criminal indictments
against the Cornwell gang and the impeachment of Judge Payne. The court
record shows Judge Payne telling blatant falsehoods, despite the copy
of
this extortion letter right under his nose, Judge Payne speaking
falsely to the whole world and claiming that Cornwell never talked
about destroying books, despite the fact that “destroy” and “books” are
the actual words
used in the Rudell – Cornwell extortion letter, and the lawsuit filing
itself
demands the destruction of Dr. Sachs’ books! Cornwell committed direct
felony
perjury about this letter on the federal court witness stand, her own
lawyers
encouraging her to commit perjury in Judge Payne’s courtroom because
Judge
Payne was “working a deal” for her, and Cornwell’s perjury was part of
the
plan. On May 8, 2003, Judge Payne’s criminal thug Roberts also
committed
felony perjury about this key letter, claiming in a courtroom that he
never
saw the letter, though obviously instantly recognizing it, and despite
the
letter’s prominent presence in court records, court files, and Robert’s
own
files, in a case where Roberts fraudulently claims to assess a $100,000
legal
bill against Dr. Sachs for alleged “representation”.
30. When Judge Payne formalized his court order banning Dr. Sachs’
freedom of speech for the rest of his life, and issued his order that
Dr. Sachs must deface his own books or else be jailed, Judge Payne
repeatedly lied about the Rudell-Cornwell extortion letter, and ordered
the banning of perfectly true and accurate journalism and quotation
about this letter. Judge Payne ordering a neo-nazi banning of speech to
cover up for the neo-nazi actions of Patricia Cornwell and her lawyer
Rudell. Judge Payne himself began defacing one of Dr. Sachs’ novels in
the courtroom, the Judge’s
own fingers scratching and removing the journalistic sticker that
correctly
quoted the contents of the Rudell-Cornwell extortion letter.
31. Judge Payne was quoted as being “really pissed off” by Dr. Sachs
telling off Cornwell’s lawyers and telling them to shove it up their
behinds, Judge Payne speaking of Dr. Sachs that, “We need to show this
godd-mn little f-cker how The Game is played.” Judge Payne certainly
and
definitely did show, how "The Game" is played in a USA federal
courtroom. However, it is now time that this “game” of which Judge
Payne is so cluckingly proud, instead of just being known for the
private amusement of America’s lawyers and judges, it is now time that
Judge Payne’s “game” of bribery, fraud and treason, be put on display
for the entire world. It is now time the whole world knows “how The
Game is played” in the courts of the USA.
32. As Dr. Sachs began to publicize the nazi-style threats by Cornwell
and her lawyers, it became very clear that Dr. Sachs had the thorough
support of the American people. Though Dr. Sachs did not get any media
attention from his opposition to the Cornwell gangsters, he did get
very strong support from the American public on the internet and from
bookstores and readers. The American people don’t like Nazis and
crooked lawyers. They
don’t like threats and intimidation by the wealthy and powerful. They
don’t
like attempts to crush and silence opinion, and the burning and
defacing of books.
33. Cornwell’s lawyers were initially not successful in trying to
persuade Cornwell to give them several hundred thousand dollars to go
ahead and file a lawsuit against Dr. Sachs. The wealthy and powerful
Patricia Cornwell saw herself as far above an insignificant fellow
author like Dr. Sachs, and Cornwell’s initial impulse was to ignore Dr.
Sachs as
essentially irrelevant to her grand multi-million dollar career. One
more critic,
she told her lawyers, did not matter, given all the other people who
had
criticized her. Patricia Cornwell might have been right, but her
lawyers
then hatched some new plans to deceive and manipulate the half-crazy
and
half-stupid Patricia Cornwell.
V. False Article Planted
by
Republican Richmond Times-Dispatch
Newspaper to Assist Cornwell's Lawyers
34. Cornwell’s lawyers then conceived a clever plan to enrich
themselves out of Cornwell’s ample funds. Cornwell’s lawyers and
handlers were used to working with each other behind Cornwell’s back,
as Cornwell herself lives in a drug-induced fog and doesn’t like to be
bothered with details. They hatched the plan to plant a phony “news
story” in the right-wing Republican Richmond Times-Dispatch newspaper,
the flagship newspaper of the giant billion dollar Media General news
corporation. This paper has strong political ties to the same
politicians Patricia Cornwell is funding, like Governor Jim Gilmore who
has been living in Patricia Cornwell’s house and sleeping in her
bedroom. Moreover, the Times-Dispatch had a dishonest reporter, Bill
McKelway, who was eager to curry favor with Cornwell and would be glad
to plant a phony “news” story along lines dictated by the Cornwell
lawyers.
The lawyers’ initial contact to McKelway was via Cornwell stooge
Michael
McKee, an employee of “Patricia Cornwell Enterprises” who was also used
to working behind the back of the weird Cornwell.
35. This conspiracy by Cornwell’s lawyers Rudell, Gigante, and
Shumadine, proven in writing by mutual faxes visible in the case files,
was a clever plan on several accounts:
(a) Once the false “news” story was published, the lawyers waved the
phony “news” article at their stupid client Cornwell, and she gave them
a blank check for however many hundreds of thousands of dollars they
wanted for legal fees and bribes to crush and destroy Dr. Sachs and ban
his freedom of speech.
(b) The Times-Dispatch reporter McKelway – who never met Dr. Sachs and
never interviewed him -- followed exact instructions from
Cornwell’s lawyers in writing the phony front-page news story, so as to
serve as false evidence in federal court and provide an alleged basis
for immediate ban on Dr. Sachs freedom of speech.
(c) Penguin Putnam executives loved the idea that they were deceiving
the stupid Patricia Cornwell to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars
of her own money to file a neo-nazi lawsuit against Dr. Sachs, and pay
the bribes to get his freedom of speech banned, thus “protecting” the
tens
of millions of dollars in Penguin Putnam sales from Patricia Cornwell’s
books
(d) The false story about Dr. Sachs was written not only to set
up the lawsuit, but also to smear and slander Dr. Sachs and trivialize
and misrepresent his complaints about Patricia Cornwell. The lawyers’
goal was to insert the phony Times-Dispatch story into the national
news
media as a propaganda napalm-strike against Dr. Sachs, not only to
serve
as false evidence, but also to make it very difficult for Dr. Sachs to
get a lawyer or arouse further media interest, given the way that Dr.
Sachs’ opinions and actions were misrepresented.
(e) The gigantic Times-Dispatch Media General news corporation quickly
realized their reporter Bill McKelway had planted a false front page
news story to help the Cornwell lawyers. But as Cornwell’s lawyers
fully expected, the Media General Corporation felt that their best
course of action would be to join the conspiracy with a cover up, to
minimize their own liability and to help deceive the public about their
horrifying actions. So they
printed more false stories about the case, hiding their own role in
planting
false evidence, they supported imposing a lifelong ban on Dr. Sachs’
freedom
of speech and provided important backing for the threats to have Dr.
Sachs illegally jailed and murdered.
36. The basic thrust of the phony news story fabricated in the
Times-Dispatch newspaper at the request of Cornwell’s lawyers, was to
fabricate a phony “interview” with Dr. Sachs, in which Dr. Sachs was
allegedly publicly claiming that Patricia Cornwell was still copying
Dr. Sachs’ novel, even though
she had already suspended the publication of her new book and
re-written it to eliminate much of the copying. The article was false
on several fronts. There was no interview with Dr. Sachs - the reporter
McKelway never even met him! - and quotations from him were fabricated
and manufactured, and Dr. Sachs was making no public claims of copying
by Cornwell, given the
signals she was changing her manuscript around – what Dr. Sachs was
criticizing
about Cornwell was her neo-nazi extortion letter demanding his silence
and
threatening to destroy his books. The purpose of the fraudulent article
in the right-wing Republican Times-Dispatch newspaper, was to shift the
focus of attention away from Cornwell’s neo-nazi book-destroying
threats,
onto alleged claims of plagiarism regarding a book that Cornwell had
already
re-written. This phony “news article” would then serve for Judge Payne
and
the Cornwell gangsters, as a fraudulent basis of evidence for banning
Dr.
Sachs’ freedom of speech for the rest of his life, and would serve to
help
the Cornwell criminals deceive the entire national news media as to
what
the controversy was really about. Judge Payne and the Cornwell
criminals
then argued a legal case based on fraudulent “evidence” that the
Cornwell
lawyers themselves had manufactured.
37. Within hours of the phony “news story” by the dishonest reporter
Bill McKelway being published in March of 2000, Dr. Sachs denounced the
story, began trying to interrogate the Times-Dispatch officials, and
began searching for a lawyer to sue the Times-Dispatch for libel, only
to find that Virginia lawyers are extremely afraid of the power of this
newspaper in what was obviously a political scheme with Cornwell. The
highest Media General Times Dispatch executives immediately went into
cover-up mode,
violating all journalistic ethics by refusing to print Dr. Sachs’
letter
to the editor. The Times-Dispatch didn’t try to deny they had planted
the story to serve as false evidence in an upcoming lawsuit, and didn’t
try to deny they had written the false story in fulfillment of
instructions
from Cornwell’s lawyers. Dr. Sachs notified Cornwell’s lawyers in
writing,
of the clearly false nature of the story, but Cornwell’s lawyers had an
open checkbook from Cornwell, so it was full speed ahead with knowingly
filing false evidence in federal court, and a scheme of treason against
the
US Constitution. Ample legal files, easily viewed in the case files or
at the files of the Times-Dispatch and their Richmond, Virginia
Christian
& Barton law firm, quite prove the criminal guilt of the
Times-Dispatch
and Media General Corporation, in fabricating false evidence in a US
federal
court case.
VI. Judge Payne and his
Thug
Roberts
38. Without any advance warning, and without any direct communication
to Dr. Sachs since they faxed and mailed him the 1 February, 2000
extortion letter, the Patricia Cornwell lawyers filed their neo-nazi
lawsuit against Dr. Sachs in April of 2000, with the phony
Times-Dispatch “news story” they had planted and fabricated, as the
prime piece of “evidence” against Dr. Sachs.
39. The lawsuit presented a new fascist theory of how to ban a
journalist’s and writer’s freedom of speech. Using the United States
“Lanham Act” or trademark law, noting that Patricia Cornwell was a
famous person, and Dr. Sachs was a writer with books for sale, the
lawsuit said that all of Dr. Sachs’ writing, journalism, speech and
opinions could be evaluated by
a federal judge as to whether he had “false opinions used for
marketing” of Dr. Sachs' books, his “product”. The lawsuit said that a
writer and journalist like Dr. Sachs was just a commercial provider of
a “product”, and thus that if a federal judge did not perfectly agree
with Dr. Sachs’ opinions and journalism, he could completely ban all of
Dr. Sachs’ freedom of speech as “false advertising for his product” –
his writing and books – because all opinions about
Patricia Cornwell were a violation of the Patricia Cornwell “trademark”
if the federal judge did not perfectly agree with Dr. Sachs’ opinions.
And the Virginia federal judge taking the case was right-wing US
Federal
Judge Robert Payne, who is quoted as admiring Adolf Hitler, and whose
personal
opinions happen to agree with right-wing neo-nazi Patricia Cornwell and
her sleazy neo-nazi lawyers who threatened to destroy Dr. Sachs’ books.
40. Right wing Judge Robert Payne is a federal judge held in great
scorn by Virginia’s lawyers, who laugh at him behind his back, as a
“crooked and stupid redneck judge”, an “assh-le who likes to terrorize
people”, a “Neanderthal lowlife who has no business being on the
federal bench”. Another lawyer says, “This Judge Payne who f-cked you
over by hooking you up with this piece of sh-t Roberts, he’s a strange
one. He’s got some mental problem, like his dick is too short or
something. He puts on those black robes
and sits on that judge’s bench, and he thinks he’s God or Adolf Hitler
or
somebody. Total f-ckin’ jerk.” “Lawyers are all afraid of him. I don’t
think
anyone will have the guts to help you fight him. But sure, Judge Payne
would
be glad to jail you and see you get your throat cut, no doubt about
it.”
Even Judge Payne’s own thug Roberts describes Payne as “A totally
ruthless assh-le with no ethics or scruples at all.” The word most
frequently used by lawyers to describe Judge Payne is “assh-le”, but
lawyers frequently also talk about Judge Payne’s “stupidity”,
describing him as, “One of those judges who thinks he’s smart, even
though he’s a f-ckin’ dumbsh-t.” Another lawyer said that Judge Payne
“is jealous of people who he knows are smarter than he is, that’s part
of why he really wanted to f-ck a guy like you over on this case. He
wanted to show he’s the big f-ckin’ boss, shut you up for the
rest of your life.” “Payne don’t give a f-ckin’ godd-mn about the
Constitution.” As Dr. Sachs contacted thousands of Virginia lawyers in
the attempt to find someone to fight the Patricia Cornwell – Judge
Payne scheme of fraud and treason, he got quite an earful about Judge
Payne by the many lawyers who revile him behind his back, but are too
afraid to confront Judge Payne to his face as they “play the game” of
the USA’s crooked legal system.
41. The Patricia Cornwell lawsuit asked for a neo-nazi style ban on Dr.
Sachs’ freedom of speech, and the bookburning destruction of any books
that Dr. Sachs published with critical opinions of Patricia Cornwell.
42. Within a matter of mere minutes after the lawsuit was filed, Judge
Payne, having already had things worked out with Cornwell’s lawyer that
Judge Payne fondly calls “our boy Shumadine”, Judge Payne immediately
imposed a ban on Dr. Sachs’ freedom of speech, prohibiting all media
contact, Dr. Sachs being without a lawyer, without trial, without
hearing, and without time to even read the legal papers. Dr. Sachs was
served with a thick
wad of legal papers one afternoon at about 3pm, by a grinning, smirking
process server, and at 5pm Dr. Sachs was tossed into a conference call
with
Judge Payne and Cornwell’s lawyer Shumadine, a conference call in which
Dr. Sachs was ordered by Judge Payne to be silent about the neo-nazi
lawsuit
filed against him. As the transcript shows, Cornwell’s lawyer Shumadine
began spinning an elaborate fabric of lies based on the false evidence
that
Shumadine himself had conspired to plant in the Times-Dispatch
newspaper.
Cornwell’s lawyers argued that the phony newspaper article was the
basis
for an immediate ban on Dr. Sachs' freedom. Dr. Sachs informed Judge
Payne
that the article was phony, but Judge Payne banned Dr. Sachs’ freedom
of
speech and any public reply to the article. Judge Payne wanted to
prevent Dr. Sachs from finding a real lawyer to help him, and Judge
Payne
wanted
to help the Times-Dispatch deceive the American public about Cornwell,
with Dr. Sachs banned from replying to the Cornwell gang propaganda and
to
the
phony news stories that would be coming from the Richmond, Virginia
right
wing newspaper. So within minutes after the lawsuit was filed, Judge
Payne
began taking unlimited tyrannical control over Dr. Sachs’ life, freedom
and opinions, while leaving the right wing newspaper associated with
Cornwell, free to continue its propaganda against him.
43. Judge Payne adopted a mock patience with Dr. Sachs’ searching for a
lawyer, whereas Judge Payne and the Cornwell gangsters knew perfectly
well that Dr. Sachs would not find a lawyer, with no money and with his
speech already banned and without access to the news media to tell his
side of the story, while Judge Payne allowed the Times-Dispatch to
freely spread their right-wing propaganda for the Cornwell gang, and
discourage and deceive lawyers from representing Dr. Sachs.
44. A few days later, however, Judge Payne did start selling to Dr.
Sachs the services of an alleged “lawyer” who would “fight” for Dr.
Sachs’ First Amendment rights, this “lawyer” being none other than the
notorious gangster and fraud Thomas Roberts. Roberts is recognized by
his colleagues as “the biggest piece of sh-t crooked con artist phony
lawyer in the entire state of Virginia”. Attorneys view Judge Payne’s
thug Roberts as Virginia’s most crooked lawyer because of the
fraudulent
way that Roberts represents himself as a “civil rights lawyer” even
though
he is a fraudulent criminal tool of Virginia’s “good ol’ boy” crooked
Southern establishment; and because of how he and Judge Payne developed
and evolved the blatant fraud, in writing, that Roberts was part of a
“First Amendment charity civil rights Foundation”, the so-called
“Freedom
Works Foundation”, which felony fraud they were so brazen and bold as
to
put in writing, and serve today as grounds for the immediate arrest of
Roberts,
and the impeachment of Judge Payne!
45. Judge Payne and his thug Roberts both entered onto the hard
sell to Dr. Sachs of Roberts’ services and his bogus non-existent
“First
Amendment charity Foundation”. Roberts claimed that this “First
Amendment
charity Foundation” involved First Amendment lawyers “around the
country”,
including Professor Rodney Smolla of the University of Richmond, and
that
at a certain point in the case, this “Foundation” would be paying some
of Dr. Sachs’ legal fees after initial investment by Sachs with
Roberts.
Roberts promised a “great First Amendment battle” for Sachs, that he
would
“kick Cornwell's teeth in” with countersuits and motions and aggressive
litigation, that Dr. Sachs would “never” have any ban on his freedom of
speech permanently imposed on him, and that Roberts would “never”
abandon Dr. Sachs regardless of his financial situation. Judge Payne’s
thug
Roberts
was so emboldened about being joined in a criminal scheme with Judge
Payne
himself, that he put the fraud about the “First Amendment charity
foundation”
and its “assistance” to Sachs in writing in the contract he directed
Sachs to sign or else not have a lawyer. This fraudulent document may
be viewed by the entire world on file at the city of Richmond
courthouse,
where Roberts himself has boldly placed evidence of his own felony
crimes,
as Roberts later tried to extort money out of Dr. Sachs.
46. This felony fraud of the bogus “Civil rights charity foundation”
continues to go on even today – As of March 2004, Judge Payne’s pet
thug Roberts, emboldened by continuing in a felony scheme together with
Federal Judge Payne, still touts and advertises his non-existent
fraudulent charity Foundation on his website. On one page of the
website, Roberts calls himself the “spokesman” for this non-existent
foundation. On another page, Roberts calls himself an “affiliated
attorney” with this non-existent foundation. Judge Payne’s thug Roberts
is so casual about his fraud, he’s even willing to play the fraud in
several ways on the same website. Judge Payne banned Dr. Sachs’ freedom
of speech for the rest of his life, with Judge Payne’s laughable claim
that Dr. Sachs’ journalism was misusing Patricia Cornwell’s name for
“marketing”. It is clear that in this whole criminal scheme of
the Patricia Cornwell gang of criminals, the most interesting
“marketing”
is Judge Payne’s marketing of the criminal thug Thomas Roberts and
their
bogus and fraudulent "First Amendment charity foundation".
47. As the Special Prosecutor, the FBI, the Appeals Court, and the
entire world’s journalists can verify with just a few minutes worth of
phone calls to state and federal charity and foundation regulators,
this “Freedom Works Foundation” that Judge Payne and his thug Roberts
are selling, is a fabrication and fraud, and Judge Payne and Roberts
are guilty of
multiple felony counts for committing this fraud for commercial
purposes,
and for bribery and for treason against the Constitution. Of course,
Judge
Payne has thrown a blanket of protection over this felony fraud, by
ordering
that Dr. Sachs be jailed if he speaks of this felony fraud to the media
or the American people.
48. On 8 May 2003, in a city of Richmond courtroom, Judge Payne’s thug
Roberts both acknowledged that his “Freedom Works Foundation” was in
fact a non-existent, fraudulent entity, never registered, with no
funds, and not involving anyone other than himself and Judge Payne.
Roberts made clear that Judge Payne was in on the deal with him when
the fraudulent “foundation” was being represented and sold to Dr.
Sachs, and Roberts boasts of protection of Judge Payne and the US
George Bush government in this scheme, as all these counts of criminal
fraud are in the service of Bush campaign contributor Patricia Cornwell.
VII. It’s Time for the
Immediate
Arrest of Judge Payne’s Thug Roberts
49. As American lawyers agree, this felony fraud of Judge Payne
and his thug Roberts, with their fraudulent “First Amendment charity
foundation” that they used to commit treason against the United States
Constitution, is by itself grounds for the instant arrest and
indictment
of Judge Payne’s thug Roberts, and instant grounds for the impeachment
of Judge Payne himself.
50. This felony fraud by Judge Payne and his thug Roberts is so
crystal clear, so well evidenced, so blatant, that even the dumbest,
stupidest, biggest idiot and moron of a prosecutor in the George Bush
Justice Department, can issue a felony indictment against Judge Payne’s
thug in the next fifteen minutes. No multi-million dollar investigation
is needed, as the FBI already has the crystal clear evidence in their
hands. And if the FBI and US Attorney have “misplaced” or shuffled away
the evidence, sweeping these felony crimes relating to a Bush campaign
contributor under the rug, out of worry that Bush Attorney General
Ashcroft
“won’t like it”, no problem, they can easily pick up a fresh copy at
the
city of Richmond courthouse on the way to arrest Roberts.
51. It is an utterly shocking disgrace to the USA, its legal system and
its lawyers, that Judge Payne’s thug Roberts is still walking the
streets of downtown Richmond, Virginia, without being yet scooped up by
the FBI, despite clear written evidence of Roberts’ guilt in felony
federal fraud, acts of terror, and treason against the Constitution. Of
course
the problem here is political – that these felonies were in support of
George Bush election campaigns and Republican campaign contributor
Patricia Cornwell. But the time has come. It is about a fifteen minute
drive from the Parham Road FBI office to Thomas Roberts’ office at 105
South First
Street in downtown Richmond. (Note to FBI: Bring a van, there are
several
file boxes to take back to the Special Prosecutor.) Roberts will not be
surprised as to why the FBI is reading him his rights. As the great
