Dialogue with Associated Press (AP) journalist Zinie Chen Sampson,
regarding the new "fake US trial" being held in the United States - a
fake trial with the purpose of once again trying to ban the biography
and journalism about President Bush's friend, celebrity author Patricia
Cornwell.
This new "legal proceeding" is laughable, because Cornwell's
biographer, Dr Les Sachs,
had actually taken refuge in Europe more than three years ago, as a
result of an earlier fake trial to try and ban his journalism about
Cornwell.
That earlier "legal proceeding" had violated international standards of
"fraud upon the court", in that the friends of US federal judge Robert
Payne had falsely claimed both to be the "lawyers for Dr Sachs" and
also posed as lawyers for a non-existent "Freedom Works Foundation". -
The fraud of that earlier fake "legal proceeding", and the
Patricia-Cornwell-funded threats to murder Dr Sachs, were exposed in a US federal court
filing of 3 April 2004.
Patricia Cornwell - who follows the philosophy of Adolf Hitler -
believes that as a wealthy friend of George Bush, that she can use US
courts and government to ban, silence, jail and murder journalists who
write about her in ways she does not approve. Cornwell feels that with
the backing of the Bushes, she has the right to a Nazi-style control of
US media about herself.
The lawyers for Patricia Cornwell use various legal
games to try
to impose illegal bans on journalism about Cornwell. One game is to try
and pretend that journalism about Cornwell is a violation
of Cornwell's
"trademark" as a famous person. Another game, in the current fake
trial, is that articles that
reveal the truth about Cornwell's life and crimes, are emotionally
upsetting to Cornwell and therefore must be taken by the US judges as
"cyberstalking" by
the journalist, who dares to record the truth about President Bush's
wealthy friend Cornwell.
In any case, Cornwell demands total Nazi-style power to ban and jail
journalists who are exposing the real facts of Cornwell's life.
In her new fake trial, once again the only lawyers in the courtroom are
on Cornwell's payroll, and Cornwell is expecting a "total victory" with
the same Bush-backed US judges, who are named as criminal partners of
Cornwell in the earlier court filing of 3
April 2004.
It is laughable that Cornwell is going back to US courtrooms, to obtain
more empty and non-enforceable "US court orders" that once again "ban"
the journalist who Cornwell previously threatened to murder, and who
has long been in refuge in Europe, safe and untouchable by fake US
"court orders". - But Patricia Cornwell and her lawyers may well be
seeking to intimidate anyone else in the US from writing about
Cornwell, and also to use the new fake "court orders" to help create
more fake
pro-Cornwell propaganda on Wikipedia and other places.

First of all please be aware of how the Cornwell
group is feeding the AP and others false media about their past crimes,
especially via Wikipedia and Answers.com (which repeats Wikipedia), and
a dishonest law professor named Roy Girasa whom they have hired.
Cornwell and her gang have long had staff maintaining a false
Wikipedia page covering up for Cornwell and also attacking me, using as
a "source" a dishonest article written by a Jew-hating law prof. at
Pace University, Rosario "Roy" Girasa - The Girasa article is published
by Cornwell's publishing company, Pearson - Penguin, and Girasa does
not deny he was paid money by the Cornwell group to tell lies for
Cornwell, and that he is personally working with Cornwell's Penguin
lawyer, Alex "The Gangster" Gigante. (Wikipedia is structured to
benefit wealthy corporate criminals who can afford to have full-time
staff maintaining false Wikipedia pages, but that is a separate story.)
Note too that U of Richmond law dean Rodney 'Rod' Smolla also
does not deny receiving money from Cornwell. Also, Cornwell met
personally with the Times-Dispatch editorial board, which agreed to
assist Cornwell as a reward for Cornwell's huge money in contributions
to Bush and other politicians favoured by the Times-Dispatch. False
material published by the Times-Dispatch is described in the 3 April
2004 court filing, available on the web.
A particular lie of the Cornwell gang, still repeated by
media, is that the original fake "legal proceeding" was about a
"plagiarism" issue - even though "plagiarism" is a word I never used
about Cornwell and my own writing - The real issue in that case, was my
journalism about Cornwell's Jew-baiting
extortion letter of 1 February
2000 (available online).
You media in the US are repeating a lie that the "sticker on
my book" was about "plagiarism" accusations - when the truth is that my
sticker was a verbatim quote from Cornwell's fax to me about her
threats to "destroy" my books. My sticker was precisely about
Cornwell's Jew-hating book-burning threats as expressed in the
above-referenced Jew-baiting extortion
letter. The sticker didn't even
mention anything about Cornwell copying, imitating ideas, etc. - The
Cornwell lawyers and thugs, and media-spinners, are still trying to
throw up their phoney "plagiarism" story to distract from the
Jew-baiting attacks on me. - This issue is so important that Cornwell
and some of her lawyers have all committed
felony perjury about this,
and Judge Payne lied about it too - Though you can see the original
sticker in the court files from the 2000 case, as well as the
Jew-baiting extortion letter from Cornwell.
So be aware of the false media supplied by Cornwell via Wikipedia and
Cornwell's hired agents, as you write your own material -
Regarding your new phony "legal proceeding" there in the US. -
Quite obviously, your new legal proceeding is a fraud, every much
as the old one in 2000 was a fraud, where Judge Payne's friends posed
as my lawyers, and also as lawyers for a phoney and non-existent
"Freedom Works Foundation" - Under the doctrine of "fraud upon the
court", the whole 2000 legal proceeding, and Judge Payne's fraudulent
"court orders" signed by himself and Cornwell's lawyers, are all
invalid and fraudulent.
Patricia Cornwell committed
felony perjury in 2000 (see proof
with scanned documents online on the Cornwell biography site), and no
doubt she has been ready to commit felony perjury again, with your US
federal judges already past partners in her crimes and thus eager to
help Cornwell now. Your judges now hate me as much as Cornwell hates
me, in revenge for my worldwide journalism on US legal corruption.
Cornwell's thugs even talked about murdering me in the 8 May
2003 court transcript, which you can read for yourself at the local
Richmond City courthouse.
With the Cornwell gang long having
been hiring law professors to take her money and tell lies about
Cornwell's crimes, no doubt there are more phoney "expert witnesses"
who will take Cornwell's ample money to tell more lies for her. US
millionaire criminals like Cornwell can always find little greedy
vermin to sell themselves.
Your 4th circuit judges, and the Bush regime, are threatening
to immediately jail me if I return to the US, based on Judge Payne's
earlier fraudulent "court orders" - and the Cornwell gang assures me
they can have me murdered in jail. - Moreover, with Judge Payne and his
friends openly involved in felony crimes, extortion and court fraud
(the phoney "Freedom Works Foundation" of Judge Payne and the Cornwell
lawyers, for example) - and the Bush regime supporting a cover-up of
their crimes - they have successfully intimidated any US lawyer from
daring to represent me.
So your whole legal proceeding there is an invalid fraud, as
it is impossible for anyone to show up in your gangster courtrooms on
my behalf. Consider: The Cornwell gang, backed by Bush and your corrupt
judges, threatens to jail and murder me, forces me to take refuge in
Europe, intimidates US lawyers . . . thus any legal proceeding now held
in the US is an invalid fraud. - And Cornwell is even going back to
these same US judges, who are Cornwell's partners in the earlier crimes
she committed.
The earlier fake "court orders" of Judge Payne, in addition to
banning my journalism about Cornwell, also declared that I should pay
an amount that is now about USD $300,000 to Judge Payne's criminal
friends with the phoney "Foundation". . . . And now Cornwell's friends,
the same gangster judges, are now perhaps going to issue more "court
orders" banning my journalism about Cornwell, maybe more "financial
orders" ordering more payment of money to more friends of the judges .
. . It is all a farce and fraud, perhaps designed above all to have
journalists like you be intimidated from writing the truth about
Cornwell's life and crimes, to make journalists like you write
pro-Cornwell propaganda based on fake US "court orders". -
The orders of your gangster judges there inside the US, are
non-enforceable outside of US borders. It is actually becoming
well-understood that your US courts are non-legitimate, and US "court
orders" obtained by fraud and extortion and fake trials certainly have
no validity at all. - Ultimately, this new Cornwell fake trial, will
just cause more disgrace for the US government and US legal system.
Ms Sampson, have you dared to yet print the facts about the
earlier fake trial, as exposed in the 3 April 2004
court filing, and
Judge Payne's friends posing as my lawyers with their phoney "Freedom
Works Foundation"?
Right now, it is Cornwell
who is stalking me in the streets of
Europe, her thugs using deceptions and ruses, apparently trying to
find
my whereabouts to help carry out her long-standing threats against me.
- For seven years, the Cornwell gang has been trying to silence me,
threatening to murder me, trying to suppress the previously-published
facts about Cornwell's life, trying to hide Cornwell's new crimes, and
trying to make media people like you submissive to President Bush's
wealthy friend.
